CHoiCe Trust, a Non-Profit organisation operating in Limpopo Province, is seeking an Office Administrator to provide administrative support to CHoiCe Trust to ensure the smooth operations of the organisation. This includes the provision of support to the implementation of programmes and income-generation activities by the organisation.
Role Requirements:
The appointed individual is expected to have the following experience and qualifications:
- A minimum of a matric certificate and a national diploma or equivalent in office administration,
business administration or a related field; - A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in office administration;
- Experience with office management would be preferred;
- Fluency in English (written and verbal);
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power point, Outlook & Pastel); and
- A driver’s license and ability to drive
- Located in Tzaneen town would be an advantage
The Office Administrator must have excellent communication skills, must be able to work independently
and as part of a team, and must be able to juggle various tasks with different levels of urgency and
pressure. The Administrator must be able to take individual initiative and have strong organisational and
planning skills. They must be well organised and deadline driven and detail-orientated and highly
accurate. They must have a passion for working with people including staff members and visitors to the
office.

- Coordinating asset management and control
- IT Support
- Support Income Generating Activities
